Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your RMA
Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your eligibility within the 30-day window.
- 2.Secure the Equipment
Pack your electronics in their original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and remote controls to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping carton and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the unit to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
